What Tryamba sells, what happens if something goes wrong, and who to contact.

Short answer: Tryamba does not offer refunds on digital products.

Digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned. However, if something is genuinely wrong with your purchase — a technical failure, a duplicate charge, or a delivery error — contact us directly at tryamba108@gmail.com and we will sort it out.

Tools like Semrush, Hostinger, Fiverr, and NameHero are recommended via affiliate links. Tryamba does not process or control payments for these products.

Digital Product Refund Policy

The Blogger's Claude Prompt Pack (and any future Tryamba digital products sold on Gumroad) are non-refundable. This is standard practice for digital downloads — once the file is delivered, it cannot be unseen or returned the way a physical product can.

This is why the product page shows a clear description, a preview of what is included, and honest information about who it is for — so you can make a confident decision before purchasing.

Purchased through Gumroad? Gumroad processes all payments for Tryamba's digital products. If you experience a technical issue with the payment itself — such as a duplicate charge or a failed delivery — Gumroad's support team can assist at help.gumroad.com. For issues with the product content, contact Tryamba directly.

Exceptional Circumstances

We review every contact message personally. If any of the following situations apply to you, reach out and we will do our best to resolve it fairly:

  • You were charged twice for the same product due to a payment processing error
  • The file was not delivered to your email after purchase and you cannot access it via your Gumroad account
  • The product file is corrupted or completely unusable due to a technical error on our end

In these cases, email tryamba108@gmail.com with your Gumroad order number and a brief description of the issue. We will respond within 48 hours.

Our final decision on any refund request rests with Tryamba, but we are reasonable and will always try to find a fair resolution.

Refunds for Affiliate Products

Tryamba recommends tools via affiliate links. When you click one and purchase directly from that company, your payment goes to them — not to Tryamba. We have no access to your payment details and cannot process or approve refunds on their behalf.

Changes to This Policy

If Tryamba launches new products or services with different refund terms, this page will be updated before those products go live. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes.

We will never retroactively change the refund terms that applied at the time of your purchase.
