Editorial Standards

Tryamba has a 4-year reputation built on honest, high-quality content. Every guest post must meet these standards before it will be considered:

Content Quality

  • Minimum 1,500 words — tutorials and guides should be 2,000+
  • 100% original — not published anywhere else before
  • Actionable and specific — not vague theory or generic advice
  • Written by a human with genuine first-hand experience

Formatting

  • Short paragraphs — maximum 3 sentences each
  • Clear H2 and H3 headings throughout
  • Include a clear introduction and conclusion
  • Submit as a Google Doc or clean Word document

SEO Basics

  • Include a clear target keyword in the title and intro
  • Suggest a meta description (155 characters max)
  • Include at least 2 links to authoritative external sources
  • No keyword stuffing — natural language only

Tone & Voice

  • Conversational and helpful — not corporate or stiff
  • Explain technical concepts using simple real-world analogies
  • Be honest about limitations — Tryamba's readers value candour
  • Write for the reader — not for search engines

What We Will Not Accept

Submitting any of the following will result in an immediate decline — no exceptions:
  • AI-generated or AI-spun content — we check and reject it
  • Content published elsewhere, including your own blog
  • Paid link insertion requests disguised as guest posts
  • Articles that are primarily promotional for one product or service
  • Vague, generic "10 tips" articles with no original insight
  • Topics unrelated to digital marketing, SEO, hosting, or online business
  • More than 1 link back to your own site in the article body
  • "Get rich quick" or misleading income claim content

How to Submit

Follow these three steps. Pitches that skip steps 1 or 2 are not reviewed.

Send Your Pitch First

Email tryamba108@gmail.com with the subject line "Guest Post Pitch — [Your Topic]" and include:

  • A brief introduction — who you are and your experience in the topic area
  • Links to 2–3 previously published articles that demonstrate your writing quality
  • A proposed article title and a 3–5 sentence outline of what you will cover
  • Your target keyword (if you have one in mind)

Wait for Approval

We review all pitches and respond within 5–7 business days. If your pitch fits Tryamba's content direction and quality bar, we will confirm the topic and give you a writing brief. Do not submit the full article until you receive confirmation — unsolicited full drafts are not reviewed.

Submit Your Article

Once approved, submit the full article as a shared Google Doc link (with commenting enabled) or a clean Word document. Include:

  • The full article — formatted with H2/H3 headings, short paragraphs
  • A suggested meta description (155 characters max)
  • Your author bio (50–80 words) and the URL you want linked
  • A high-resolution headshot photo (minimum 300×300px, .webp or .jpg)
Publishing timeline: After a full article submission, we aim to review within 7 business days. If edits are needed, we will send clear feedback. Once approved, your article is typically published within 2 weeks. We do not guarantee a specific publication date.
